Iran is one of the last countries to execute child offenders (those under 18 at the time of the offense). There are almost 140 known juvenile offenders awaiting execution in Iran, but the total could be much higher. Many were convicted in flawed legal proceedings. There has been some recent progress; one juvenile offender was pardoned and two others received one-month reprieves. All three had been the subjects of intensive campaigning by human rights activists. PDF format | RTF format

Many of these witnesses have stated in sworn affidavits that they were pressured or coerced by police into testifying or signing statements against Troy Davis. PDF format | RTF format
